What do I need to do to get an ad placed?

Send a black and white or color photo of your product or company logo, a US check or money order for the amount of the plan you chose and a completed order form to the address below. If you have the image in electronic format (.gif or jpeg) send it to us via email at TheBlackMarketSales@GriffinDesignsInc.com.

How fast can my ad be created?

We usually can post your ad within 48 hours of receiving your information. Please allow at least seven (7) days for creation of a website after we receive the information.

What if I want to change the information in my ad?

No problem, send your text changes to us via email or through regular mail to the address below. Changes can usually be incorporated into your ad within 48 hours of our receiving them.

What if I do not have an email address?

No problem, you may reach us at the 800 number or at the address below. You can also still take advantage of our autoresponse system. Instead of forwarding to you all email requests we receive, if possible we can fax you copies of the messages. In addition, any additional information that is available to potential customers about your products can include a phone number and address where you can be reached.

Does having an ad in TheBlackMarketPlace guarantee that I will see an increase in sales?

No. If you have an ad on this site there is the potential for that many people to see your ad, similar to advertising in a print magazine.

How many people receive TheBlackMailer newsletter each month?

As of January 2000, over 1,600 people around the world have subscribed to TheBlackMailer.

How many people visit TheBlackMarket.com monthly?

This is a hard number to get, since it is very difficult to distinguish between new visitors and those who click around to various pages of the site. We can say that, on average, pages on this site are viewed about 100,000 times per month (as of 3/99).

Can I promote more than one product in the same ad?

Yes, using animated .gif files (which we can create for you) your ad can include a graphic that changes every few seconds.

Can all contact information be included in the ad, not just my email and homepage?

Yes, to cover all bases, we try to include email and homepage addresses, as well as a phone number, fax number and a mailing address.

Which ads get on TheBlackMarket.com homepage featured sponsor section?

Every few weeks (2-4) we rotate a different product from those in TheBlackMarketPlace to the Featured Sponsor Section on the home page to increase exposure of that product. Eventually, all products and services in TheBlackMarketPlace will be featured.

Will you allow any product or service to advertise here?

We reserve the right to determine, on a case by case basis, which products we will accept advertisements for.
